Проведение контроля воздуха рабочей зоны, контроль утечек – согласно должностной инструкции. Написание заявок на ремонт – создание Z1-нотификаций (работа в SAP). Выполнение изоляции согласно изоляционному сертификату – подготовка оборудования к техническому обслуживанию. Принимал участие в плановых ремонтах 2015 - 2018 года. The development of production schedules, monitoring compliance with process parameters, development of instructions for re-engineered the installation.

Duties: The chief of the Unit is responsible for Unit work in accordance to the production schedule. He is taking part in the equipment defect-control actions and preparing documentation for the repairs, taking care over work orders of all kinds at the Unit. Also chief of the Unit is responsible to administrative-technical jobs regarding personnel of the Unit: giving instructions, making workshops, controlling the quality of knowledge and operations. Unit personnel amount is 28. Unit capacity is 102000 std m3/h of sour gas. Unit has Claus and Sulfrin reactors, heat-exchangers, reactionary furnaces, pumps and compressors. Raw material of the Unit is sour gas with 70% vol. of H2S. The base reaction at the Unit is reversible Claus reaction of sour gas burning at the air atmosphere. Final product of the Unit is liquid sulfur. Conversion of the sour gas at the Unit is about 99,6 % vol. The minor products of the Unit are water steams of two different pressures: high and medium. Personal Achievements: I was taken to the Unit at 2000 as field operator (stage 4), then work hard and quickly mastered to 5-stage operator and then to CRO. I used to be an CRO from 2002 till 2004. During this period of time I substituted the chief of the Unit during his vacation. From September 2004 I am a chief of the Unit. At this period I leaded 4 routine repairs and 2 maintenance overhaul of the Unit. At 2002 I won the second prize at the Ops competition. At 2005 I substituted a HSE head of the Department. At the period from 2002 to 2007 I`ve leading the attestation of the workplaces from the HSE side. At 2010 I hold office of the substitutor of the chief of a plant-management Department.
