• Managing two broiler hatcheries (Single and Multi-stage setters), with total setting capacity +55 million eggs/year, in charge of all administrative and technical aspects. • Put hatcheries renovation plan to upgrade them into higher standards. • Improve overall production processes and parameters (H.eggs utilization, hatch window, hatch of fertile, eggs analysis and eggs breakout, biosecurity). • Reviewing KPIs and SOPs then implement new standards for the whole operation. • Optimizing chick’s quality by monitoring & adapting incubation programs to genetic improvements. • Improving chicks’ scoring system. • Maximize resources utilization and reduce expenses. • Responsible for company’s yearly production plan by co-ordination with related departments (breeders placement, settings, broiler placements, daily killing, chicks’ and eggs’ sales). • Establishment of technical committee that reviews company’s production performance and implementing action plans for emergencies. • Customers’ satisfaction follow up and providing service technical visits upon request.

Duties: * Lead the hatcheries' teams on technical operations & techniques, providing a third eye on internal matters, auditing hatcheries technical performance (hatch window, hatch of fertile, eggs analysis and eggs breakout, biosecurity), automation and equipment optimum usage. * Frequent auditing & reviewing the KPI's and SOP's with hatchery's team in compliance to company policy. ; * Optimizing the chick's quality by monitoring & adapting the incubation programs to genetic improvements. ; * Implementing Pasgar Score for chicks' quality. ; * Hands on planning of hatcheries innovations and expansions with the provided resources (increased the total capacity of setting by 7.5%). * Key player in designing and planning a Greenfield hatchery to double the company's production to reach 1.1 million broilers killed per day. * Analyzing the breeder-hatchery-broiler chain problems/complains and providing suggestions and alternatives. ; * Contacting & outsourcing the best global suppliers of hatching equipment & hatchery automation systems.

Numbers of Indirect reporters: 300 people (Hatcheries Assistants, Supervisors, Technicians, Logistics & labors). Duties: * Co-Managing 4 broiler hatcheries (Single and Multi-stage setters), with total setting capacity +200 million eggs/year, in charge of all administrative and technical aspects. * Increasing the overall hatchability by 1% on two consecutive years by focusing right procedures (incubation profiles, set points, eggs breakout analysis, adjusting setting and pullout timing) and by providing technical support to hatcheries stuff. * Establishing & leading QC section in each unit through continuous training on SOPs aimed to reach desired KPIs. * Improving staff skills and knowledge by setting up frequent meetings and training. ; * Practicing in top management regular meetings, briefing (GP, Breeder, Broiler, Hatcheries) directors on updates, problem solving and KPI overview. * Implementing reasonable and affective SOPs for all operational units & stuff, validating it from a Bio-security prospectus. * Budgeting and auditing hatcheries expenses to be more cost efficient. ; * Standardizing the transportation fleet (eggs & chicks trucks) and improving the transportation conditions. ; * Reducing transportation fleet expenses by providing proper maintenance and renovating the workshop. ; * Technical involvement in other departments' expansions (ventilation and equipment). 1/3

Duties: * Leading section's team in all of administrative and technical aspects to produce 10 million birds/year, (8 farms, closed and open houses), in addition to budget management. * Coaching the section's team by increasing awareness about pullets rearing challenges, improving farm management skills, frequent meetings and trainings. * Optimizing chicken production by monitoring the health status, medication needs, vaccine programs, feed and water consumption, and weekly body weights. * Challenging the team to reach the highest Production Efficiency Factor (PEF) by implementing affective SOPs in compliance to company's policy of strict Bio-security procedures. * Technical support to the contractor growers' technical service team (another department, producing 100M birds/year). * Awarded for helping the company being ISO certified by implementing the conditions and internal auditing.

Reporting to: Section Manager Numbers of Direct reporters: 45 people (Farm Managers & Assistants) Numbers of Indirect reporters: 120 people (Technician & Labors) Duties: * Assisting managing the section to produce 20 million birds/year, and updating the boss with daily and regular reports (mortality, health status, feed consumption and programs ...). * Implanting bio-security procedures, making sure they are well understood and followed. ; * Personally executing the vaccination procedures as needed and fully responsible for mixing and method of use.

Reporting to: Section Manager and Assistants Numbers of Direct reporters: 6people (Labors) Duties: * Regular farm operation duties including and not limited to farm preparation, placement, rearing, vaccination, monitoring viable indicators, marketing, washing & disinfection, and generating daily reports. * Getting the section's best farm score 3 out of 5 cycles.
