− Direct management of mechanical subcontractors for piping and ensure that their performances are carefully monitored in terms of schedule, quality and cost. Attend the project meetings and implementation; − Piping fabrication shop and site construction (fit up, visual Inspection and checking line numbers…extra); − Checking of Isometric piping drawings for erection and fabrication purpose, assure that the work is carried out as per P&ID, Piping Plan, Elevation, layouts drawings & isometrics, Vendor drawings; − Repair follow-up, conforming line check as per P&ID, Punch List preparation, follow-up of final completion; − Clearing punch list item before hydro test and pneumatic test; − Review / Preparation of Hydrotest Package, Pneumatic Test Package & coordination with the client for final approval; − Witnessing of hydro test / pneumatic test / leak test of piping system; − Flushing / Reinstatement of the piping system before the hand over to the client; − Flange face, pipe internal cleaning and bolt torqueing & tensioning inspections; − Review the plant 3D model for all design, accessibility, maintainability, constructability using Smart Plant Review software; − Collaborating closely with the procurement team and suppliers on deliveries; − Assisting the Lead Piping Engineer for liaison with Functional support team within Piping technical issues; − Participated in weekly QC / HSE walk down.
