 Provision of QHSSE and regulatory compliance support to the Country Manager, management team, department heads, offshore and worksite personnel as a member of Country management team;  Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, Company policies, and procedures;  Conduction of audits and site inspections  Development of regular initiatives to minimize incidents and to promote continuous improvement and best practice;  Reviewing and developing health and safety policies, guidelines, and procedures along with participation in Best Practice Committee on a Corporate level;  Liaison directly with clients and regulatory authority representatives;  Providing independent professional advice and technical details along with personnel training in relation to Health, Safety, and Environment;  Provision of HSE reports and associated documentation to Management;  Investigation of incidents and accidents with follow-up reports;  Full HSE support and guidance for FPSO (Armada Kraken Project) in the North Sea and Oil Rig Platforms in the Caspian Sea (Petronas)  HSE control and technical supervision as required in accordance with approved safe working practices and procedures during Bumi Armada and Lukoil LLC project: post-trenching / dredging / pipelay / backfilling/diving operations;  Task Risk Assessments (HSE / Commercial) for all the above;  Other support to all departments of the Company as and when required;

 Development, maintenance & execution of compatible training programs in line with requirements;  Development of regular initiatives to minimize all incidents and to promote continuous improvement and best practice;  Provision of reports and associated documentation to the appropriate Management on HSE profiles;  Safety inspections and control of safety equipment functionality;  Provision of strict compliance with safety requirements;  Investigation of all incidents and accidents and issuance of prompt reports;  Translation of HSE documents and other duties as assigned.  Liaison with various regulatory bodies and clients on project HSE matters;  Other duties as assigned.
