Direct reporting to Site Representative Leading a group of maintenance engineering analysts, SD planners and material specialists to ensure asset integrity and reliability of ENI oil&gas plant WAFA in Libyan desert. Team main focus: Troubleshooting analysis, technical investigation technical evaluation, etc. Making technical recommendations, developing maintenance guidelines and procedures. Spare part stock levels analysis and spares interchangeability analysis. Purchase requests technical evaluation. Workpacks including Isolation Plans, SD Master Plan. methods of statement and SD material list preparation. Different type of maintenance engineering support to field staff.

Руководитель Подразделения ЗРА Камерон. Подразделение предоставляет сервис в сфере ремонта, техобслуживания, гидро и пневмоиспытаний и входного контроля Запорной и Запорно-регулирующей арматуры. EN: Maintenance Planning: Populate, update and maintain the CMMS/SAP system used on the LNG facility. Providing accurate detailed reports downloaded from the CMMS/SAP system used on Sakhalin Energy LNG facility. Detailed planning of labor requirements and parts availability. Ensure work orders (PM plans) and workscopes are created for each item on the asset register. Work with the discipline engineers to correctly identify spare parts, critical spare parts and quantities required. Considering location, lead team and budget constraints and parts optimization. Produce detailed weekly and monthly reports on maintenance activities against the set Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Collect and analyze data required for your input in the development of the maintenance budget. Work with the discipline engineers to build a maintenance strategy that covers the current and future maintenance activities for the LNG plant. Ensure that all LNG facilities are timely maintained to uphold valid certificates, permits etc. issued by regulatory and inspection agencies. Working with disciplines with successful implementation of RBI, RCM and IPF strategies.
