The Arctic LNG 2 project will consist of three liquefaction trains capable of producing 19.8 Mtpa of liquefied natural gas (LNG).The project has been set up in the Gydan Peninsula in the western Siberia region of Russia. - Read and understand project standard and overarching project procedure, including HSSE and Technical Method statement - Assess and ensure System competencies are proven before involving any parties in energization or live test. - Ensure that all live equipment (Cabinet, cables, boards, JB..) are identified and / or properly isolated from construction systems - Utilize completion management system (EASYPLANT), for the preparation, execution and monitoring of discipline Commissioning activities - Provide assistance to area Process Supervisors/engineer for the execution of P&ID System OTP - Based on ITP execute the work as per instruction received from Superintendent. - Report any non-conformity and ensure proper action is taken (focal point assigned, and actions understood) Ensure PTW are valid when work is executed (when applicable) - Maintain log book for by pass, override and simulated signals, and ensure that they are removed before energization and Handover - Perform Contoller tuning and assistance to panel operator in day ot day operation. - Follow-up with ICSS vendor the maintenance and backup of logics and parameters. - Support implementation of new improvements in process control systems through Advanced Process Control, Alarm Management, and Operator Interface Optimization. - Perform construction completion check-up, inspection cold SAT and energization of vendor PLC. Check communication and perform Hot SAT. - Configuring  and supporting PCS (C300, Control builder) , SM (S300, Safety Builder ), MYT during in Loop check, then Funtional Test. - Configuring Cisco (Catalist 9200l  24 4x1G) for HONEYWELL FTE Network - Configuring QBDB and Master Logix, PCDI for make communication with VSD (ABB), Schneider. P3 packages.

Control System and SCADA Engineer, Functions: - Troubleshooting of control systems equipment 24/7. - Implementation all applicable Project and company MOC procedures and protocols - Contents hardware and software system administration in accordance with the internal regulations and instructions of the company. - Control of correctness of control system equipment operation by users. - Establishment and maintenance of classifier of the internal stock of spare parts for the control system equipment hardware and software. - Organization complicated major repairs of control system equipment hardware and software, with the approval of the Control Systems Team Leader, using procedures such as post-repair control and acceptance of such equipment. - Consultation users of equipment and control systems including maintenance of operations manuals and procedures. - Creating SQL queries to analyze the causes for emergency shutdown Pump Station and equipment failure. - Maintenance records and performance review of control system equipment failures, and develop programs to eliminate the causes behind such failures. - Save backup copies of Control systems software. - Training of personnel on how to use control systems interface.

- Review, preparation of answers and comments, as well as the coordination, if necessary, of explanations for design decisions, bills of materials ,calculations, P&ID and other documentation for Network, Control Systems and Instrumentation Systems, taking into account the design requirements and the need to introduce optimal design and technological implementation. - Participation in Factory acceptance testing of equipment for the control systems, telecommunications of new objects CPC. - Develops work plans and procedures for execution of control systems Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities. - Supervision of the LCS contractor’s activities on site. - Develops of Pre-commissioning and Commissioning procedures. - Loop checks processing for the signals from the field to SCADA - Technical support to the General Contractor in order to process requests for approval of technical deviations during commissioning of instrumentation; - Interaction with contractors in order to resolve current issues and advance the progress of commissioning of instrumentation; - Ensuring compliance with HSE rules and regulations at the construction site, as well as minimum HSE requirements; - Functional logic testing, integrated testing of GPP, ESD Control and F&G (SES-ASA, DETRONICS) detection of new CPC Pumping Stations. - Implementing project modifications with RSLogix, S7, PCS C300, Wonderware, FactoryTalk View SE (HMI), iFix, OaSys (SCADA) - Installation vibration diagnostics system BentleyNevada 3500, System 1 - Interfacing with field engineering contractors and Start Up and Commissioning organizations during equipment SAT and operational acceptance - Review of Design Drawing, vendor documentation, RFIs, change proposals of Control Systems, Telecommunications contractors. - Coordination of authorship supervision activities to make sure of an appropriate design documentation to be in “As build” format. - Site acceptance and control systems testing of the auxiliary systems: HVAC, Water Treatment; Diesel Electrical Station etc. - PS logic control issues resolving to comply with technology and safety requirements - Main Line Pumps Start-Up and Commissioning (LCS&SCADA) - Coordination of activities in the interfaces with Telecomm, SCADA and security systems - Providing information on the progress of work to the planning group of the Company; - Commissioning of remaining equipment (ongoing).
