Conducting daily correspondence. Compose and translate letters, contracts, presentations, articles and memorandums are part of my duty. Clerical work, handling business correspondence with ship owners and legal documents, including banking documents. Also data entry, auditing employees files, file maintenance, closing deals on phone and in person. Searching for officers and ratings, complete preparation of seafarers before signing on. Negotiation with local authorities, crew services and others-whatever is necessary for smooth ship’s service and a non-stop vessel’s activity.
