- Issue and review of Pre-commissioning and Commissioning procedures such as Air blowing, Leak testing, P&ID Check, Box up, Catalyst loading, PSSR, Pigging, Mechanical cleaning, Flushing, Drying, Inertization, Testing of safety relevant devises and other procedures. - Preparation of commissioning, pre-commissioning plan, scheduling, ITP (inspection test plan). - Marking up P&IDs as per commissioning procedures, start-up and operation procedures - Cleaning master P&ID preparation - Handover system boundaries (system, sub-system breakdown). - Reviewing P&ID from pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and operation perspective. - Manpower and material demand calculation for commissioning activities - Issuing Operating Manuals - Preparing detailed description of process description, start-up, shutdown, maintenance and special operating procedures for chemical plant - Vendor documentation review - Client’s comment review sheet evaluation - Meetings with client discussing unresolved issues

- Operation and maintenance, isolations certificate, mark-up - Shut-down, start-up performance - Process optimization, troubleshooting, cause & effect - LNG C3MR liquefaction process - Static and rotation equipment supervision - Report to shift superintendent - PTW review - Managing operators crew - PiDs, PFDs, vendor’s dossiers, equipment data sheet reading

Working as Commissioning Supervisor in Yamal LNG project - Lead pre-commissioning and commissioning, start-up activities of international team in LNG plant - Perform all kind of pre com and com tests - PiD reading freely, preparation all testing dossiers using project software - Software: TechnipFMC dates, Easyplant, Project database, Navisworks - Working area: Acid gas removal(Amine treating), Dehydration, Mercury removal, LPG Extraction, Refrigerant module, MCHE and Liquefaction, Fractionation, Flare, Gas turbines - Procedures: Operational test(OTP), Catalyst loading, Mechanical run test(MRT), Leak tests MoP(maximum operating pressure) Galt(gross air leak test), Cleaning activities(Blowing, Flushing, Mechanical cleaning), Confined space inspections, Borescope inspections, Inerting, Drying, Solo run, Nitrogen run, PiD conformity check etc. - Brief the team of supervisors/technicians/ sub-contractors - Provides day to day report Commissioning Manager/Coordinator/Superintendent - Arranges PTW , Tollbox talk, taking count all eventual hazards and risks - Close cooperation with vendors - Working in extremal weather conditions (-45 to +45)
