Control of contractors' works. Preparatory works for commissioning -inspections with checking of construction readiness of test packages -identification of punches with entering them into the punchlist, checking the elimination of punches from the contractor -blowing of lines -Checking of technological lines reassembly -tests for tightness Start-up operations of liquefied natural gas production in the field. Perform safety walk downs, identify potential HSE risks (related to commissioning and start-up) and suggest way to minimize risks. -lead commissioning, start-up activities of international team in AGPP Utility plants -liaise with other departments to ensure work fronts are available as required and focus on priority targets -procedures: Functioanl test, loop check, Chemical loading, Mechanical run test (MRT), Leak tests, Confined space inspections, Drying, Solo run, P&iD conformity check etc. - making logic sequences - preparing and filling daily reports of the handed over equipment, status of the inspection; - preparing daily report with all activities (current problems on the equipment, troubleshooting, elimination) - communication with vendor, NIPIGAS provide them to fixing the problems on the equipment and hand over to Gazprom Pererabotka - busines trip to Blagoveshensk. Inspect and supervise submersive pumps reparing. Prucurement of spare parts. Loading, unloading and transfer coordination. - Coordination of site inspections - Defect management forms managing - Weekly and monthly Commissioning department reports preparing.
