• Responsible for implementation of HSES plan and necessary HSES requirements in MO Installation department at VP Site. • Ensures compliance with the technological sequence of production and plan related to the installation work in VP Site. • Responsible for track of products and material related to installation at GBS. • Organize Job-Cards for MO-Installation organizations and participates in the acceptance to completed work. • Responsible for holding the daily meetings with the MO installation department at VP Site •Responsible for MO installation department and organizations plans compliance due to exact dates.

• Perform Field Checks of complete subsystem (MC) packages and verify Completion Dossiers for the various subsystem (MC) packages. • Be acquainted with MC routines for offshore hook-up work. • Follow up construction progress, to make sure relevant documentation / ITR / CL’s / certificates are being performed and logged once the job has been carried out. • Liaison with the various discipline supervisors and foremen. • Issue Site Queries when required. • Ensure that all aspects of the project design comply with legal acts, safety and client requirements and Procedures. • Participate in joint system walk-down together with Client’s Representative. • Update MC status and documentation in MIPS. • Ensure a live, correct and up-to-date ACS Completion data base throughout the offshore HUC phase.

• Lead the workforce in daily work related to SOW • Look ahead and plan for new job’s. • Make sure that we have the correct competency and give input to manpower request weekly pending on plans and development of the project • Take actions whenever there are persons violating rules and procedures • Responsible to make sure that the construction work are performed after specifications and instructions • Responsible to make sure that WRAP, TRIC and PTW is in order • Keep the working time • Responsible to update documentation and updating progress in MIPS

• Perform Field Checks of Job cards • Issue Site Queries when required. • Ensure that all aspects of the project design comply with legal acts, safety and client requirements and Procedures. • Perform “as-built” of installed piping according to procedures. • Coordinate with other disciplines and report any occurs which may delay the progress of the project. • Update status and documentation in MIPS. • Issue Material traceability reports. • Submit to Project Standards, Specifications, documents and drawings for issue.

• Responsible for daily management and supervision of completion activities within Mechanical discipline • Ensure that Completion work is performed in accordance with specifications and procedures defined for the Work • Ensure that Completion work are performed at the right quality and delivered at planned time • Give input to and co-ordinate with the rest of the project organization of critical requirements for the completion of the work • Responsible for the preservation process being carried out, from material / equipment receipt control at Site until De-preservation have been carried out before Handover and delivery to Client.
