Night Shift Superintendent will act as Facility Owner (FO) during night shift operations within the IOCC Building and Data Center. This position reports directly to the Construction Manager and liaises closely with all discipline Superintendents and HES representatives. Position requires broad experience in commercial/ industrial construction with bias toward Electrical and experience in HVAC systems. Responsibilities include: Function as FO (Facility Owner) and administer/ control issuance of approved work activities via Permit to Work for all night shift activities. Be passionate with safety by engaging the workforce and building relationships Interface closely with IOCC HES Night Shift Safety Representative making sure activities are being performed as per instructions and as detailed in the PTW package, PPHA. Engage with work force tool box talks and perform verifications that all risks have been identified and adequately mitigated. Perform Validate and Verify checks on crews to assess compliance of works being performed. Coordinate each evening at the beginning of shift with discipline superintendents on carry over work and new work activities and responsibilities. Provide nightly report on activities performed, special conditions and high light any constraint or concern. Perform Handover duty each morning with the Construction Manager. Be schedule driven and look for opportunities to enhance productivity and execution methodologies to produce more efficient and safe means of work achievement. Develop solid understanding of IOCC Systems Completions and drive work activities to level of completeness with sub system and system readiness in mind.

Coordinate with Site Director, prepare all reports for Instrumentation, start up processes, supervise Instrumentation construction of facility, and assist in procurement of all third party resources. Supervise all activities to ensure compliance to all safety regulations and achieve all objectives and perform regular assessment on all Instrumentation construction methods and prepare schedule for same. Develop and ensure effective integration of all entities in coordination with all subcontractors and equipment fabricators and review all process to mitigate all risks and ensure completion of all projects effectively. Provide technical support to all owners, supervise all Instrumentation construction and civil engineering process, and determine progress of all reports in coordination with subcontractors. Review all project costs and prepare required estimates for all available data and analyze all product expenditures and monitor all change orders effectively.

Provide technical support for design company, relating to additional information searching for designing Take an active part in possibility searching relating to cost saving and work schedule compliance. Study design documents, issued by design contractor. Examine documents, provided by supplier. Work closely with contractor lead engineers and ensure that for works it is assigned proper specialists, follow priorities and project schedule. Check candidates, proposed by contractors to ensure proper qualification/experience to perform duties. Monitor being performed work and spent man-hours. Participate in being provided data evaluation. Show initiative in cost savings and work schedule compliance. Inform Contractor about TCO technical expectations from Contractors and ensure TCO technical requirement understanding by Contractor. Participate in technical analysis. Participate in Contractor technical documentation evaluation. Examine incoming requests and coordinate responses with contractor. Analyse any being proposed deviations and monitor approval getting process for being proposed deviations

Selection of machines for workshop on aliminum structures & PVC processing Conduct of negotiations with machine manufacture. Participation in machine commissioning and maintenance service provision.

Participation in data collection for designing. Direct participation in development and project documentation preparation at all design stages. Writing of specs, work list, cable logs and also automation diagram & drawing works, as per existing code rules, standards and GOSTs. Regularly qualification improvement, monitoring of the latest scientific and technical achievements on my profession and theirs implementation into designing.
