- Developing and leading project «Ziegler-Natta catalysts» as a project manager for different stages: concept design, pre-FEED, FEED, procurement, construction, commissioning and hand over to the operation team. - Developing of feasibility study with the potential lisenciar, calculation PNL (profit and lost) for the future project. - Risk management (assessment, identification of risk mitigation strategies and the development of fit for purpose solutions). - Ensuring compliance with Russian Federation standards (GOST), requirements, specifications and instructions.

-- Researching, Screening and recommending the best Alternative option that is in line with Abraj Business objective. Bi-Fuel technology for diesel generators, Solar panels, Wind farm, hydrogen technology and etc. - Creating and leading LNG project as a project manager for different stages: concept design, pre-FEED, FEED, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up and operation. - Support and following with all project stakeholders (clients, contractors, internal parties and etc.). Initiate and follow up new tenders required for the project. - Driving delivery of project milestones as per signed charter and project plan (Proof and concept and full rollout). Manage contractors and subcontractors during the implementation phase. - Driving delivery project outcomes as per assumed assumption in the business case.

- Support for PCC Company of commissioning and start-up activities Cold and HOT section of LNG plant. - Execute, with PCC Company, Loop test, Functional Test (cause and effect chart demonstration) of Process Shutdown systems (PSD) and Emergency Shutdown Systems (ESD), Functional Test of Fire and Gas system (cause and effect demonstration). - Maintain and update Engineering documents related to Control systems as per Project Procedure. - Work closely with Process Commissioning personnel, equipment Supplier and Field Engineers/Supervisors to expedite problem resolutions and elevate problems and concerns to the proper levels of Supplier and/or Management for problem. - Process support to LNG operation team for Start-up and performance test.

- Creating and Description Operating Manuals for petrochemical plant, includes (Cracking Furnaces, Incinerator, Oil Fractionation Unit, Process Steam System, Fire Water Distribution and etc.) - Interpretation of Russian standards for the discipline conceptual design/ system engineering/ P&ID development; - Correct implementation of P&ID accessory concepts and other systems engineering concepts; - Ensure correct implementation of standards within the project P&ID; - Preparing reports on the work done for Employer`s client, negotiation process.

- Modular type LNG plant with AGR (Acid gas removal), Dehydration, Demethaniser, MCHE (main cryogenic heat exchanger) modules commissioning; - Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up activity, including coordination and supervision of vendor’s activities at DCS (Distributed Control System) for Process Operation in Yokogawa system; - Issuing and follow up the procedure of steaming, chemical cleaning and preservation of equipment; - Inspect & test tanks and internals, supervise vessel internals installation, including trays, weirs & packing; - Responsible for isolation registers during commissioning phase; - Troubleshooting during commissioning activities; - Perform motor solo run and dynamic testing; - Preparation and execution of (MOP: Maximum Operating Pressure Leak Testing); - Controlling safe Start-up, Normal and Shut down operations from Safety Integrated System (SIS) as per established procedures / operating manuals and good industry practices; - Nitrogen Generation; - Air Leak Test (GALT); - AGR unit hot water circulation MS preparation; - HO(Hot oil) circulation; - General Method statements preparation; - Site Instructions for subcontractors; - Critical lines identification and inspection; - Preparing test packs for air blowing, mechanical cleaning and big bore pipe inspections; - Functional testing of ESD (Emergency Shutdown System); - OTP (Operational Test Procedure); - Support to LNG operation for Start-up and performance test.
