• Monitoring vessels assigned technical performances and elaborating daily / monthly synthetic reports • Assist in technical assessment of break-downs and insurance related accidents, relative to the mechanical part • Attend minor repairs where necessary as well as dry-docking and ship-yard’s works, relative to the mechanical and hull parts (Baku, Astrakhan, Abu Dhabi, Bautino shipyards) • Having necessary inputs from senior position, to develop specification and requirements for new vessels to be chartered/constructed toward best naval architecture possible • Review vetting/inspections carried out by third parties, prepare short note for the Department • Recommend to senior position a list and justifications for necessary technical modifications to the marine means/assets • Prepare Technical Specifications and tender documents for spot market vessels • Participate to Tender Evaluations prepare scoring models and provide recommendations for spot market vessels to senior position • Carry out tests and sea Trials after repairs • Participate to Commissioning of equipment and Vessel’s acceptance tests • Manage vessel’s technical Safety Management System (SMS) including maintenance for specific vessels • Inspection and attendance of surveys of existing vessels Preparation vessel documents and connection with Marine Society (RMRS, RINA) during on survey • To carry out some drawings in AutoCAD and calculations relative to issues regarding naval architecture applied to specific vessels. • Flagging Company fleet (bareboat charter and State registration (permanent flag). • Preparation documents and info requested by Transport Ministry of RoK.
